Mario Cristobal and the Miami Hurricanes will kick off their annual Spring Game tonight at DRV PNK Stadium (7:30 PM EST) in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. While the coaching staff understands the importance of the game this evening, they also expect a large group of elite high school football prospects in the stands; and they know it’s a golden opportunity to showcase an exciting performance in front of the potential future of the football program.
Over the duration of fourteen spring practices, the Hurricanes hosted well over double-digit figures in terms of 5-star prospects on the Coral Gables campus. The consistent trend and the major focus on the recruiting front is the defensive and offensive lines and that has carried over to their spring game tonight. Three 5-star defensive linemen are expected to make their way into the seats and take in the sights and sounds of the game and ultimately spend time with the coaches before and after the action concludes.
LifeWallet Sports will be on hand at Miami’s Spring Game throughout the day and to our count this morning, The Canes are expecting to host ’20’ blue-chip prospects (Five or Four-star rated prospect’s by the recruiting industry ranking services) and plenty of future blue-chippers that have not received an official ranking for the class of 2025 and beyond. The list is expected to grow during the event, we will be providing updates and have it all covered for you below.
