LifeWallet Sports has learned through a school source that Notre Dame transfer Ven-Allen Lubin visited Miami on Friday.
Lubin entered the transfer portal on April 17 after his freshman campaign with the Fighting Irish. He has three years of eligibility remaining.
The 6-foot-8 forward averaged 6.2 points and 4.4 rebounds per game last season. Notable performances include a 13-point, seven-rebound performance against Georgia Tech and a 19-point, eight-rebound and three-block showing against Wake Forest.
A former consensus four-star prospect, Lubin was ranked as the No. 70 prospect and No. 21 small forward in the class of 2022, according to the On3 Sports Industry Rankings. The Orlando Christian (Fla.) Prep product chose Notre Dame over offers from Alabama, Auburn, Clemson, Florida and other high-major programs.
