The Miami Dolphins, under the leadership of Head Coach Mike McDaniel, have made their final cuts today, shaping the squad that will embark on the regular-season journey.

Cornerback Nik Needham was placed on injured reserve, cornerback Keion Crossen was placed on injured reserve, and tight end Eric Saubert was placed on injured reserve. The Dolphins waived wide receiver Daewood Davis, who has thankfully recovered from a scary injury where he was removed from the field on a stretcher during Saturday in the Dolphins’ final preseason game. Miami also traded cornerback Noah Igbinoghene to Dallas for cornerback Kelvin Joseph.

The Dolphins’ roster now stands at 53, and with the regular season on the horizon, the team is gearing up for what promises to be an exciting and competitive campaign in the NFL.
